Also forgot to record that I went to a Body Works class yesterday. Pretty much kicked my ass and i was using 2.5 pound weights. Im so pathetically weak. D:

Jesus what the hell is wrong with me? I should be updating this shit more often!!! Oh yea, i remember now, my freaking uncles took over and i had no internet. Well i digress, lets see can’t remember everything i did but i definitely have been exercising! Zumba, Hip hop, Just Dance, all those things. I am definitely a cardio junkie. I keep thinking ‘i should go to a strength class’ and i never fucking do it. I need to change that. But anyway i’ve been doing alright, this one day i was on FIRE and did like, 3 workouts, and i was on the treadmill for like an hour (cause i put on the Disney channel and ended up watching the movie Bolt bwahahah)

and so the front doesn’t look so bad on me. but yikes when i turn around its no good! Seriously gotta work on my upper body. I thinking of doing a before and after picture at the end of June. We shall see~ its very possible thought that I might have to save this puppy for next summer. I dunno.

Its a couple of months away but i suck at running, my light jog is what basically normal people walk hahaha. But hey we gotta start somewhere! I can’t wait to do it with my friend Jess, seems like it will be a lot of fun! My goal is to do the 5k under 45 minutes. When i was in crew i did a 5k and that was my best time. Not great compared to other people, but for me at that point i was in the best shape of my life. So, if by September i can beat that i will be SUPER STOKED.

5k training:

LOL ok so it was finals week. Didn’t do SHIT. At least until yesterday. Danced my ass off yesterday (the 10th) with Fernando which felt awesome. I was kinda freaking out I would have to stop halfway through or something cause I hadn’t exercised but luckily that was not the case. 

Unfortunately I also procrastinated yesterday and therefore had to SPEND LITERALLY ALL DAY WRITING A HUGE ASS PAPER. Seriously. Why am I a freaking idiot? I had to do a shit ton of research AND write the damn thing AND cite everything in one sitting. I’ve been on the couch for like, 10 hours. I have a headache. But Jesus, I got it done. IM DONE! IM DONE!!!! Didn’t do any exercise but i’m DONE!!!

……now what?
